Hey there! I’m Brian, and if you’re looking for a dedicated, passionate, and results-driven massage therapist who actually listens to your body’s needs—you just found him. I’ve been practicing massage therapy for over 18 years, and every single session I give is designed to help you move better, feel better, and live better.

I graduated from the prestigious Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in 2006 (aka the Hogwarts of massage therapy 🧙‍♂️), and ever since, I’ve been helping people recover, perform, and feel amazing. ❓ What made you decide to become a massage therapist in the first place?

Great question! I’ve always been fascinated by how the human body works and, more importantly, how we can make it function pain-free and at its absolute best. I wanted to help people move better, feel better, and perform better, and massage therapy turned out to be the perfect way to do just that. 💪💆‍♂️


❓ What are your credentials?

Glad you asked! ✅ I’m a fully licensed New York State massage therapist in excellent standing with the NYS Massage Therapy Board. I’m also a proud member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and fully insured. But beyond that, I’m dedicated to lifelong learning, constantly expanding my knowledge of the human body and different massage techniques. If it helps my clients, I’m all in! 🏆📚

You’ll find Massage Warrior in the heart of FiDi:

It’s a professional, modern NYC building with a concierge desk and plenty of elevators (because climbing nine flights of stairs before a massage would be counterproductive! 😆). Once you enter, take the elevator directly in front of the concierge to the 9th floor—and boom, you’re here! 🚀

❓ What should I do before my session?

✅ Come prepared to feel better! The only thing I ask is that you don’t eat at least 30 minutes before your massage—trust me, we don’t want any unexpected surprises. 🙃 Aside from that, wear comfortable clothing, hydrate, and just be ready to relax and recover!


❓ What session length do you recommend?

  • 30 minutes – If you’re short on time but have some specific pain or tightness, this is better than nothing! 🕒
  • 60 minutes – The perfect balance for maintenance work, stress relief, and some focused muscle attention.
  • 90 minutes – If you really need some deep work, muscle recovery, and thorough bodywork, this is the way to go! 🔥

❓ When are you in the office?

I’m available Tuesday to Saturday from 8 AM to 8 PM—but if you really need a session outside those hours, just text me and we’ll figure something out! 📆📲


❓ Do you talk during the massage?

Yes! 🗣️ I like to communicate during the session so you understand what’s happening with your muscles and what we can do to improve them. Think of it as a mix of therapy and a friendly chat! That said, if you just want to zone out and relax, I totally respect that too! 🤫💆‍♂️


❓ How often should I get massages?

Honestly? Regularly. But we’ll discuss a plan that works best for your body when you come in. Some people need weekly work, others every couple of weeks, and some just a tune-up once a month. It depends on your goals and your body’s needs!


❓ Are your massages painful?

Not really! But... sometimes, to get real results, we might need to work through some deeper areas—and you’ll definitely feel that. That being said, I always communicate with you and adjust the pressure so that it’s effective but not unbearable. No pain, no gain—within reason! 😉
