Hey, I get it—life happens! Sometimes things come up, meetings run late, the subway decides to have “technical difficulties,” or maybe you just forget. No worries! But since my time (and yours!) is valuable, here’s how we handle cancellations and reschedules at Massage Warrior:
💬 A day before your appointment, I personally send you a confirmation text. Once you confirm, I consider your session 100% confirmed—which means I’m setting aside that time just for you! 🙌
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer your spot to another client in need (because trust me, someone is always in need!).
If you cancel within less than 24 hours, there will be a 50% charge for the session—unless it's an emergency (I’m not heartless! 🥹).
If you completely ghost your appointment without a heads-up, the full session fee will be charged. Ouch. But hey, I could have helped someone else in that time! Let’s be kind to each other’s schedules

NYC traffic? Subway delays? We’ve all been there. If you’re running late, please text me ASAP! I’ll do my best to accommodate, but your session will still end at the originally scheduled time so it doesn’t affect the next client.
Life is unpredictable. If something comes up and you need to move your session, just give me a heads-up as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to find another spot for you!
